Regulations - this document,
Website - an integrated IT and information platform made available by the Owner on the Internet in the form of a website, i.e. a network service based on the http protocol (or possibly another), containing information made available by the Owner and presented by third parties to the Owner,
User – a natural person using the Website, which means communication with the Website (sending, receiving data and information),
Registered User – User who has registered on the Website,
Image – the User's likeness, which allows the User to be identified,
Registration - the activity of creating a Registered User account by providing the data (in particular: login, username, e-mail address, city, voivodeship) necessary for registration,
Material - text and graphic information, links (URL addresses), as well as other data in electronic form transmitted via dedicated forms, systems, software,
Cookie - text information saved in the cookie.txt file of the User's computer, storing information supporting the User's use of the website, as well as any statistical or other data specified in the Parent Regulations,
Internet Browser - a program that allows you to navigate websites using a protocol fully compliant with HTTP/1.1 (RFC 2616).

§ 1. General provisions

1. The Regulations define the rules for using the inConferences.com website, also available from the address KonferencjeMedyczne.info.

2. By using the inConferences.com website, the User confirms that he or she has read these Regulations and fully accepts their provisions.

§ 2. Use of the Website

1. Using the Website in a manner other than: consistent with netiquette (principles of good coexistence on the Internet), threatening the stability of the Website's operation, resulting in the possibility of loss of data made available or related directly or indirectly to the Website, as well as using functions and procedures as well as software not intended for use as a web browser without the consent of the Owner is prohibited.

2. The above does not apply to cases in which the Owner has provided tools or procedures for communication with the Website with an explicit invitation to use them.

3. It is prohibited to submit to the Website, especially in places where the publication process is automated, Materials containing content inconsistent with applicable law, violating the rights or goods of third parties including the Owner, violating good manners and inconsistent with the principles of good social coexistence.

4. 5. The Owner or their representatives who have the appropriate rights granted by the Owner may, without the obligation to provide justification, remove, modify or block all or part of the Materials identified as Prohibited. In the event of violating the regulations or legal provisions, the User may be liable for sharing Prohibited Materials.

6. A website user who notices Prohibited Material should report it to the Owner using the "contact" function, providing the URL and specifying the content of the Prohibited Material.

7. Publishing any Materials or parts thereof, as well as works created on the basis of part or all of the Materials available on the Website in other sources using any technology is prohibited without a license granted by the Owner to the person, entity or institution that wants to publish this data. Materials published on the Website are covered by the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and may be marked with a watermark or other method enabling their identification.

8. The User may use paid services provided on the inConferences.com website.

9. The user will be informed in advance if using paid services.

10. When using paid services, the User may always read the price list in advance.

11. The Payment Processing Regulations are the Superior Regulations to these Regulations, which also means the Regulations of the payment processing company.

§ 3. Users

1. The User who registers and verifies the Registered User's account declares that the personal data provided by him/her to the extent required by the Registration form is true and consents to:

a) collecting and processing personal data by the Owner to the extent necessary to use the Website's services and for the Owner to use the non-exclusive license granted to him by the User to use the provided Materials,
b) sending Materials concerning matters important from the point of view of the Website Owner via electronic channels.
c) sending advertising and promotional materials of the Owner or entities cooperating with him and other Materials sent for statistical purposes via electronic channels. This consent may be withdrawn within 14 days at the User's request using the function available on the Website, or if no such function exists, after effectively informing the Owner and providing clear data identifying the User.

2. If the Website Owner suspects the correctness of the data provided by the User, the Owner has the right to limit the functionality of the User's account until the User verifies that the correct data has been provided. Validation of data by the User should be done in the manner indicated by the Owner or the Website.

3. The User who places his/her own Image and possibly that of third parties consents to the presentation of his/her Image and that of third parties, and also declares that he or she has a certain right to present the Images of third parties.

4. The User's image may be made available on the Owner's Website next to the Materials posted by the User, as well as in any lists of Website Users or in the results of search functions located on the Website.

5. The User consents to the dissemination and public disclosure of the Image, as well as the Materials submitted by the User to the Website in other media, and the disclosure also applies to the transfer of Materials to other entities with the consent of the Website Owner.

6. The Website Owner has the right to privilege selected Users by granting them special rights related to the freedom to publish and verify the Materials available on the Website.

7. The website owner has the right, without justification, to limit the functionality of a Registered User's account or to delete such an account with or without the Materials published by the User.

8. The website owner may reward the User, after previously agreeing on the form of remuneration, for sending exclusive materials to the website owner that:

a) will not appear in other publicly available media within a week before their publication on the Owner's Website,
b) The Owner may indefinitely exploit, reproduce using all electronic and paper forms and adapt them to other forms of publication, as well as make them available to all Users and third parties, both in the form delivered and in other works of any form within the meaning of Copyright Law.

9. The principles of the User's remuneration for the sent Materials, if it is to be material, should be agreed in advance with the Owner by sending to the Website address in electronic form a detailed description of the Text Material and samples of any multimedia Materials and the necessary clear and clearly interpretable provision that the Material can only be made available payment of remuneration.

10. As for Materials sent to the User in a different form or without specifying that this is material for which the User expects remuneration, it is assumed that the Owner has the right to publish and make them available on terms identical to those for remunerated Materials, however, without remuneration from provided that the User's nickname is provided.

§ 4. Privacy policy and personal data protection

Processing of Users' personal data

In order to obtain full access to selected content and services offered on the Website, it is recommended that the User register on the Website using the Registration form. Such registration allows for greater independent control and management of the Materials created by the User. The User Registration Form contains a number of information, including personal data, however, when creating it, we tried to include as little data as possible for registration. It may happen, however, it is always emphasized and noted that some services (functions) require providing the User's personal data regardless of the registration form, such services (functions) may include: contact forms, competition forms, survey forms, etc.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide data marked as necessary for the provision of services will prevent them from being provided. Each Registered User has the right to change, modify (including delete) the personal data provided by him/her.

The Owner undertakes indefinitely not to take any actions related to the sale or lending of the collected personal data to other entities, institutions or persons in the context of the personal data of a given User. The Owner may disclose aggregate data and statistical summaries that do not contain complete data allowing the User to be identified to third parties for statistical and informational purposes.

The above does not apply to the Website Owner's obligations to provide the User's personal data to state authorities at their request in order to enable them to conduct proceedings.

Collecting statistical data and adjusting content

The website may collect and save statistical data on the User's computer and/or data supporting the operation of the website by customizing content for the User, regardless of personal data, using cookie technology (using cookies.txt). § 5. Final provisions 

1. The User has the right to inspect the Regulations at the headquarters of the Website Owner, as well as to record them in any form while retaining their full wording. The Owner reserves the right to modify the provisions of the applicable Regulations, access to the current version of the Regulations is available at any time, excluding the period in which the Website containing the Regulations is not operational, via the function called "Regulations", "Regulations of the Website", "Regulations of using the Website". ” or similar that directly suggests its connection with the Regulations.

2. The Website Owner is not responsible for:

a. correctness of the Materials posted on the Website, including, in particular, Materials created by Users unrelated to the Owner despite the exercise of special care in managing the Materials,

3. The Regulations are valid from the moment of their publication on the Website, and the use of the Website means acceptance of its provisions in full and without reservations.

4. The provisions of Polish law apply to other relations between the User and the Owner, and all disputes are resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the Owner.

§ 6. Payment processing regulations

1. The prices of advertisements, products and other services on the Website are always included in the price list provided to the User before making the payment.

2. The description of advertisements, products and services available under the price list is included on the product or service page or is included in the price list.

3. Depending on the availability of a given payment option, the posted advertisement can be paid for by credit card, transfer or cash.

4. The owner allows the sale of advertisements, products and services on terms other than the default ones, including those with a discount. In the case of such a sale, the Customer is informed before it is made about the amounts that will be charged to him for payment.

5. Advertisements and services purchased on the website are not returnable, which does not exclude complaints for improper performance of the service.

6. The owner reserves the right to accept and publish a classified ad within five business days, to which the person submitting the ad agrees.

7. Classified ads with content considered by the Owner to be inconsistent with the principles of social coexistence, violating or denigrating the rights of third parties, or incorrect in spelling or style may be rejected, unpublished or modified by the Owner, to which the person submitting the classified ad agrees.

8. The User authorizes the Owner to issue an invoice for services paid for by bank transfer without the User's signature and to send it only in electronic form (PDF file). The User undertakes to provide correct invoice data when making payments for the Owner's services by transfer. The User is criminally liable for providing incomplete or incorrect data included in the invoice issued for the Owner's services paid by the User by bank transfer.
