Policy towards children
Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge in the room on a bed with an adult. Children aged 6 - 14 years old - 50% discount of the package value (applies to double rooms with extra beds). Children aged 15 and over are counted as full-paying. The hotel reception may ask for a document confirming the child's age.

Animal policy
Pets are allowed. The fee for a pet's stay is PLN 50/day. We will prepare a bed and bowls for dogs and cats. The guest is financially responsible for any damage caused in the room by his or her pet.
Cancellation conditions
To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation value is required within 7 days of making the reservation. If the reservation is canceled up to 7 days before arrival, the prepayment, after prior arrangement with the reception, can be used on another date in the form of a voucher within six months from the date of cancellation. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the prepayment amount. Shortening the stay is treated as resignation after the cancellation deadline, and therefore involves settling the bill for the entire declared stay.
